Well, so much for City of Cape Town's map.

Now I have to look through an alphabetical list, and the power either goes off or it doesn't.

Idea It seems they are unwilling to switch off the Childrens' Red Cross Hospital, which is good. However, since they've been putting in the "theft-proof pipes" with "house wiring" inside, surely they could have ensured an independent supply to the hospital, and still have switched off the residential areas!

The area maps have been updated and seem to be fairly accurate again!
